Joshua founded Conversocial in 2009 based on his vision that online communication and customer service was undergoing a fundamental shift, requiring businesses to invest in new processes and technologies to manage the rapidly shifting social landscape.
A leading proponent of social media, Joshua previously founded leading social application company iPlatform, one of the worlds first Facebook Preferred Developers, which was acquired in 2012. Having started his career in London, Joshua is now based in New York where he leads the US operations of Conversocial, as well as global strategy.@joshuamarch
Ido oversees all Conversocial commercial functions including sales, partnerships, marketing, customer success and professional services.
Ido joins Conversocial having spent more than 5 years at LivePerson, ultimately serving as Vice President, Head of Corporate and Business Development. There, his responsibilities included leading LivePerson’s acquisitions and integrations as well as overseeing LivePerson’s most strategic partnerships. As such, Ido was responsible for spearheading LivePerson’s relationship and integration with Facebook Messenger for consumer-to-business communications.
Mat leads the product and design teams at Conversocial where he oversees the implementation of the company's strategic vision.
With a background in Social Media, Gaming and Startups he founded his own company, Pollarize, in 2013 but after several years of growth had to close the doors on that enterprise. Most recently Mat sat on the Senior Exec team at VisualDNA as Creative Product Director before moving across to head up new projects as their Head of Consumer R&D. Mat has a Degree in Geological Science and a Masters in Film, which go together like sedimentary carbonate rocks and cheese.
Jamie leads the global customer success team at Conversocial.
Jamie joined Conversocial in 2015 after spending 3 years at Adobe, where she ran the Account Management team for their Social business. Before that she oversaw a team of Product Specialists for a Social Marketing start up, Context Optional prior to it being acquired by Efficient Frontier. Jamie is a graduate of the University of San Francisco, a bay area native, and proud mom to two young children.
Adam leads the global sales teams at Conversocial.
Adam has spent 8 years in the social space having previously worked as VP EMEA at Shoutlet which he led through an acquisition by Spredfast. Prior to that Adam founded his own startup which he ran for 2 years. Adam is also a qualified Solicitor having trained at Linklaters. He is a Leicester City supporter and proud father of 3 young children.
Chris leads the Professional Services team at Conversocial, covering everything from in-depth strategic development, through to implementation, reporting and technical integrations to client
Chris joined Conversocial in 2014 as head of PS in EMEA, stepping up to lead our Professional Services Team globally in 2016. Previously Chris built out and lead a professional services and support team for intranet company SORCE,
Christy leads the engineering team and sets technical strategy at Conversocial.
Christy joined Conversocial in 2011 as an engineer, having taught himself to program. He previously worked in eLearning, then in telecoms fraud detection where he chased down global criminals from the safety of his Covent Garden office. Christy has a degree in Mathematics from Bristol University.
Mike Hedger has a track record in building market-leading companies.
Mike was previously CEO of email archiving company KVS from its inception in 1999 to its successful sale to Veritas for $225 million in 2004 (now Symantec Enterprise Vault). Before that, he served as EVP Worldwide Operations at Forte, building the European business before moving to head up Worldwide Operations which culminated in a successful acquisition by Sun for $700 million. Mike's earlier career included positions as VP Marketing Operations EMEA for Oracle, Managing Director UK and Northern Europe for INGRES/ASK and successful sales careers at both WANG and IBM. Mike is also the chairman of Mimecast and eCommera.
Alliott is a Director in the Ventures team at Octopus Investments, a firm with over $7.5 billion under management.
Octopus seeks to back the most ambitious and unusually talented entrepreneurs in Europe and invests from the earliest stages of company formation. Investments in recent years include Calastone, graze.com, Zoopla Property Group, LoveFiLM, Secret Escapes, Swiftkey, and Yplan.
Prior to co-founding DFJ Esprit in 2005 Stuart was a partner of 3i Ventures where he was also a founding partner of their Menlo Park office. Over his 13 years at 3i he was responsible for investments in Neutec Pharma (LSE), Network Technology (LSE), The Cloud, Searchspace and Magic 4. Stuart served as a member of the BVCA Council and Chairman of the Venture Committee and before 3i he was involved in software and systems implementations in the Banking sector. He is a graduate of Loughborough University and serves as a Board Member of the Loughborough School of Business and Economics.
